Return Policy

We want you to love your new purchase, but understand online shopping isn’t foolproof (hello to our “need to try it on” gals!)! If you aren’t totally satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unwashed, unworn, and unused items within 14 days of delivery. For unworn merchandise with tags attached, we will provide a refund in the original form of payment. We can refuse to process a return if the item appears to be worn or damaged by the customer. Items must be shipped back in the original packaging with their tags attached in order to be processed for a return. You are responsible for shipping costs.

If you miss the 14 day mark, we will provide a store credit for the current selling price up to 30 days after receipt.

To initiate a return, simply email Please note, shipping cost will not be refunded. Please keep record of your tracking information. All returns received will be processed within 1-3 business days. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. 

Shoes must be returned with the original shoe box, intact and undamaged. The shoe box may not be used as a package, as this results in damage. Please place the shoe box inside another protective shipping envelope or box. Damage to the shoe box will make the item ineligible for return and as a result, will be marked “Return to Sender.”


Exchange Policy

We do not offer online exchanges at this time. If you are local, feel free to bring your item back in store to see about an in store exchange (if your desired size/style is available). If you are not local and need a different size or style, we suggest that you return the original item you wish to exchange and place a new order for the size/style you prefer. This will ensure you get the item you want before it sells out.
